Tip: Remove red border from Snipping Tool
Snipping Tool is a small screen capture tool in Windows Vista, which can be use in many way like custom shape. To use Snapping Tool go to All Programs –> Accessories –> Snipping Tool. One thing I don’t like is the default red border.
To remove red border:

Click on Option
-
Under Selection/ Ink color, uncheck “Show selection ink after snips are captured”

click OK
It just simple and small to remove red border. You may use same method to change border color to your preference.
